Food Hygiene Level 2 (Monday 28th March 2022)

Presented by LBA Safety, this one day course is suitable for those working in the kitchen already; middays who will help in the kitchen; breakfast club staff, etc and will provide delegates with understanding of key requirements for food safe practices in a catering environment.

  • Basic microbiology; Food poisoning and food spoilage
  • Cross contamination and an introduction to prevention

  • Safe food production, temperature control, storage and stock rotation
  • Cleaning and disinfection
  • Pest control
  • Controlling food safety though HACCP
