We are fully committed to ensuring that our staff receive outstanding professional development.

We have developed a progressive plan for teachers' professional development taking our staff from beginning teaching to outstanding teaching to leadership. This is an integral part of our performance management process so that our teachers are able to have the career path they choose.

We will be offering the suite of National Professional Qualifications in collaboration with the Saffron Teaching School Hub.
